The pile is thick. I was concerned it would be thin like a rug from a home improvement store where you could easier separate the strands and hit bottom. Nope! Very pleased. Feels soft and cushy. The color is beautiful. The feel is luxurious. It came tightly wrapped and protected, and it literally laid flat within a few hours.

My first try to buy rug online. Delivered wrapped in thick plastic as any rug you’d buy directly from a local store, surprised that it didn’t come in a box. I reversed roll it overnight (opposite orientation how it came rolled) to remove the kinks to lay flat, as I would with any rug I buy as a common sense practice whether it’s high end priced or low end. Rug looked exactly as pictured (no surprise there since it’s very clear in the advertisement pictures), vibrant and simply stunning! This rug is so soft and feels good under your feet. Perfect in our bedroom nook area. Our child and dog loves it too!

Due to the artsy look of the rug I held off from buying the rug for a few months, but then I decided to take a chance on it. I am so glad I did because I absolutely love it. I just put the rug down prior to taking the pictures, so like all newly placed rugs, the rug will eventually lay down flatter. I very highly recommend purchasing this rug. Peace out my friends.

The rug is beautiful and of significant quality. My only issue is that, having arrived rolled up, the edges have refused to flatten out, to date. I’ve tried flat, heavy objects, rolling it up in the reverse direction for 2 days. However, the ends still refuse to flatten out. The manufacturer shouldn’t roll these so tightly. I would have given this item five stars if it weren’t for this issue.

Beautiful colors and it's held up very well, with 2 dogs & constant vacuuming. It has a nice dense short pile, so it feels like quality but is also easy to clean.

Very affordable well-made item. Color is as expected and it is soft. Only drawback for me was, I bought this for my dog who occasionally pees in the house (Always my fault, didn't bring him out in time) and since the description read washable I assumed machine washable. The instructions say hand wash. I've been putting it in the washer anyway and it seems to do fine.

I read Aalll the reviews like I do for all purchases! And I looked at 100’s of other rugs before I just said forget it I’m giving this one a try! And yes the rugs came rolled up tight wrapped in plastic so it did have some rolled edges and a few wrinkles so I reverse rolled them and worked them out a little before laying them where I wanted them to go and literally in just about an hour of laying my ottomans on the one in the living room they were gone and the rug in my office relaxed by the next morning. I actually appreciate this new rug for more than just it’s pretty face. Durability, spot clean, and use of my robotic vacuum are all bonuses..... just like our little toddler was!

This rug is white/grey swirls and half way dipped in pink. It is nice. It is very soft. It does not give off any lint. It arrived within 2 weeks. It was a little wrinkled but it unwrinkled quickly.
