Great customer service. I didn't expect much when I ordered this - it is faux fur - but I ended up loving how soft it is on my bare feet. I prefer it to the real one I had. And it's backed with a super lightweight sort of backing that will let me easily put it in the wash on a very gentle cycle. Seller was great about communicating when the UPS delivery got stalled somewhere. Better than buying from a big box store online!

I was skeptical about washing this accent rug but I’ve washed it about 10X so far and it comes out of the dryer perfect!
I have a front load washer and wash this on gentle cycle/cold water, then I put it directly into the dryer on LOW heat for about 10-15 minutes. It’s not complete dry after 15 mins but I allow it to air dry on top of my machines to avoid overheating it.

I just received my rug and I love it! Shipping was fast, free, and it arrived in perfect condition. At first I was reluctant to buy a product without reviews and I normally do not write reviews, but this is an exceptional product. Good quality at the perfect price. I have it next to my bed and it is the first thing my toes touch in the morning. It is soft and feels expensive. I am very happy with this rug and will be buying another. I bought this for my kids play room. I wanted a soft area for them to sit and play or lay down and watch movies. I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and thick it is. I was looking at similar rugs elsewhere and they were double the price. We will see how durable it is over time but so far looks well made.

I. LOVE. THIS. RUG!!! It is soooooo soft and the color is beautiful!!! Even the back side is soft and it doesn't require tape to hold it in place. My only wish is that I could've gotten it in a larger size. I spend more time on the floor on this rug than I do on the furniture. I. LOVE. THIS. RUG!!

Looks great. The product is very fairly priced; it's well made and we have not seen any "hair loss"! The product does come with a non-skid backing but a thicker matt makes the product even more comfortable to stand on.

Nice quality. color is slightly lighter in person but the material is very fluffy. Not much shedding at all I machine washed itair dried it. Turned out lovely! Unlike the authentic sheep hair that was ruined in the wash

I purchased both the 2'x3' and the 3'x5'. The 2'x3' is beside my bed and then the 3'x5' is in front of the master bathroom seen in the picture. They are byond soft, I can't even describe them, but I love them 110%. Would order more if I had the perfect areas to put them.
